Class of 2025 Seniors

"25"..... seemed like it was so far in to the future and now it is HERE. Class of 2025- you are special to me as I have one of my own. I know many of you and have seen you grow since Kindergarten (and younger!)!

Since I am along this journey with you this year, I've had many questions asked of me so I thought it would be a good idea to just write it all out so that not only your class benefits but also those that follow.

First... when should I book my Senior Session!?!?

Well, that depends on what you want out of it. I'd say the most "popular" time to have your session is in the Spring. The landscape is pretty (often with beautiful wildflowers if that is what you are looking for) and the weather is nice. It is also a time you often know what college you are attending, so you can incorporate that in to your session as well. Due to my own crazy schedule, I do not start booking Spring sessions until January. So if that is your timing, please reach out to me then.

Another popular time to book a Senior Session is in the Fall. This time of year is very busy for me due to Holiday sessions, so make sure to reach out by early September so we can get you a date!

I think I want to book more than one session... is that ok!?!

Yes, of course! Many Seniors like to book an individual session for themselves and then a second group session with their besties. Finding a mutually agreed upon date with a larger group can be difficult so definitely plan ahead!

My Standard Session includes up to 5 people, and additional people can be added on for $20 each.

Some Seniors (mostly girls) want two "looks"- one set in the Fall and then the second in the Spring. It's fun to play around with the location and the different outfits!

What should I wear?

Now this is totally dependent on YOU! These images should be a reflection of your personality and accomplishments.

I typically suggest bringing 2-3 outfits for a 1 hour standard session. One casual, one dressy and then one college or sport/hobby related. Remember to accessorize and layer as it adds to the interest of the photo.... and don't forget cute shoes!

I also have several fun dresses in my client closet that you are welcome to borrow!

Guys:

JCrew, Abercrombie & Fitch, Revolve, Hollister

And don't forget to bring the swag if you are headed off to college after graduation... pennant, t-shirt, hat, etc

I don't think I need a full hour. Do you have shorter sessions?

Last year was the first year I offered Senior Minis (in the Spring) and they were a great success so I plan to offer them again.

They are 15 min, with 1 outfit and a predetermined location as other sessions are booked back to back.

These are perfect for the graduating Senior that does not want all the fan fare, or their parent is making them take photos for the memories.
