Family Meals First: Instapot Mexican Chicken Soup

In addition to being a Bay Area family photographer, I am also a wife and a mom and that means trying to find HEALTHY ways to feed my picky family!  Raise your hand if you have an Instapot....  And raise your other hand if you are too scared to use it (you can't see me but I have both hands up).  I've had my 6qt. Instapot for 2 years and it's been buried in a cabinet in the living room because I'm so scared I'm going to blow up my house. 

Enter Karrie with Family Meals First.... she's a Mom herself (with a PhD!) that is on a mission to help families eat healthy. We met up mid week, I brought my Instapot over (after I found it) and we made a delicious meal together in under an hour.  She showed me from start to finish how to use this magical device and chatted about how we can provide healthy options for our kiddos that they will actually eat.
