The air quality/weather becomes an issue where reschedules need to be made and we cannot find a mutual date.

-If YOU need to reschedule due to a scheduling conflict I always try and fill the spot for you (and I ask that you do as well). If I can fill it, I always refund. However, if I cannot fill the spot please remember the retainer is NON REFUNDABLE as these sessions are booked back to back & sell out quickly.
